1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the KhaasHub website at khaashub.com or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. 2. Services

KhaasHub provides digital agency services including, but not limited to:

The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for any engagement are defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or project agreement signed by both parties.

3. Enquiries and Consultations

Submitting a contact form or booking a consultation through our website does not create a contractual obligation on either party. It is an invitation to discuss your requirements. A formal engagement begins only when both parties have signed a project agreement or Statement of Work and agreed payment terms.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of KhaasHub Ltd and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Upon full payment for a project, KhaasHub assigns all intellectual property rights in the final deliverables to the client as specified in the project agreement. Any pre-existing KhaasHub tools, frameworks, or proprietary methods used in the delivery remain the property of KhaasHub.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms, amounts, and schedules are specified in each project agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, a deposit is required before work commences. All fees are in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise. Late payments may incur interest charges in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of an engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any project agreement. KhaasHub may include completed work in its portfolio unless the client specifically requests otherwise in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KhaasHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability in connection with any project shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for that specific project.

8. Website Use

You agree not to:

• Use the website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its underlying systems.
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content through our contact forms or communication channels.

Either party may terminate a project engagement as specified in the relevant project agreement. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date. KhaasHub reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to our website for any user who violates these terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. We will indicate the date of the most recent revision at the top of this page. Your continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
